1. Language Training Services

Fab Club provides language fluency training services that are distinct from traditional language academies. Our approach focuses on building speaking fluency through practical exercises, conversation practice, and immersive training methods rather than conventional classroom instruction.

2. Membership and Subscription

Our services operate on a membership basis, similar to a gym subscription. Members pay recurring fees for access to our training programs, practice sessions, and resources. Membership terms are flexible with options for monthly, quarterly, or annual commitments.

3. Training Sessions

Members can book and attend fluency training sessions as part of their membership package. The number of available sessions depends on the chosen membership tier. Unused sessions do not accumulate or roll over to subsequent periods unless explicitly stated in your specific membership agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Members must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as used. Fab Club reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy with appropriate notice to members.

5. Results and Progress

Language fluency progress varies by individual. While Fab Club provides tools, methods, and resources designed to improve fluency, we do not guarantee specific results or fluency levels. Like physical fitness, language fluency depends on consistent practice, engagement, and individual aptitude.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, exercises, and content provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of Fab Club. Members may use these resources for personal language development but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without explicit permission.

7. Member Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully with trainers and other members. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of membership without refund. Fab Club promotes an inclusive environment where all members can practice without fear of judgment or discrimination.

8. Modifications to Terms

Fab Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members and updated on our website. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
